We had an amazing stay at the African-themed lodge with beautiful rooms and a stunning natural pool area. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to answering our questions about the wine selection. the food at the restaurant was simply outstanding, with a great variety of options and homemade juices using vegetables from their own garden. It was also wonderful to see the hotel's eco-friendly initiatives, like water recycling. Not to mention, we absolutely adored the three adorable kittens who were the best workers!
Nothing, everything was excellent! 😊.

We stayed at Addo African Home for one night and had a comfortable hut. The grounds are lovely, with a relaxed feel, and there's a natural swimming pool and a roaming donkey. The restaurant on site was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly, and there are communal facilities like a tea & coffee station.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic, especially Candice on reception. Their commitment to sustainability and eco-friendliness is commendable. One of the highlights of our stay was going on the safari ride with Phillip into Addo Elephant National Park. We saw over 200 elephants and had an incredible experience.
the breakfast was an extra cost and could have included more options like fruit, yoghurt, and granola. there was a mix-up with our reservation at the restaurant, even though we had emailed and received confirmation.

A cozy lodge with a lovely garden and a natural swimming pool. The staff was kind and helpful. The rooms had charming African decor. The food was fantastic, especially the wines. A big thanks to Clairy, the best one!
Oh, how unfortunate that it took so long for the water to heat up. I had the pleasure of wasting water while waiting for it to warm up.

Staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm, welcoming check-in experience. They provided excellent restaurant recommendations and even prepared a package of sandwiches for us when we left before breakfast. The Xhosa style huts were comfortable and the garden with pool was beautiful. Addo elephant park was just a short 15-minute drive away.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the entrance of the national park and made it convenient for us to explore the wildlife.
This made it difficult for us to plan our mornings and enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
